Abstract;
You can download the abstract format in MS Word format.
The abstract submission is scheduled to begin in June.

Abstract Submission Procedure;
Authors are requested to submit an abstract for each presentation. Please note that all participants are required to complete registration after the acceptance.

  1. Application form (Authors)
    Please submit your presentation application (presentation title, presenter name, affiliation, etc.) using the online application form:

  2. Automatic Confirmation Email for Application
    After completing your application, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your submission. The automatic confirmation email will be sent from eshp2026@gmail.com.
  3. Abstract Submission (Authors)
    Please send your abstract to the secretariat by email (Word file and PDF file) by shortly. The deadline is July 10.
    Please name your files using the presenter’s full name
     (e.g., Taro_Kumamoto.pdf, Taro_Kumamoto.docx).

  4. Notification of Acceptance
    Authors will be notified of the acceptance results by July 31.
    Registration will open on August 1.
